Sibongile Mahlangu

Sibongile obtained her LLB from the University of the Western Cape and her Post-Graduate
Diploma in Forensic Auditing from the University of South Africa.
Sibongile completed her articles at Werksmans Attorneys in Cape Town, where she gained
experience in Civil Litigation.

Sibongile was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2016 and she thereafter moved to
Johannesburg.

She is experienced in High Court litigation, and she has assisted in representing clients in both
the public and private sector. She has drafted legal opinions on questions of law and assisted
with advising clients.

Sibongile has also assisted clients with conducting internal investigations, which prompted her to
enrol for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Forensic Auditing. Sibongile enjoys litigation, conducting
investigations and extensive research and legal drafting..
